Well, we had another fantastic and enjoyable weekend with the Camp Quality kids again this year.

Setting off from Casula as planned, picked up Gary and Kiwi Paul at Jamberoo, a fuel up in Nowra and arriving at Camp Quality about 12-15
to meet Scott from Nowra.

On arrival in town we were greeted by a bunch of kids cheering over the fence of the Smithfield RSL lodge where Camp Quality was
accommodated in Greenwell Point. And on the other side of the road, a whole bunch of locals peering out of the pub windows, beer in hand
wondering what all the commotion was about, it was a real treat.

The kids were just arriving back from a morning fishing trip with the RSL Fisho's when we arrived so we had a bit of time to spare, so into
the pub (the office) and we got on with signing all the ride certificates for the kids we were to hand out later as well as a few soft drinks.

We were then joined by all the kids and carers for a big BBQ lunch kindly donated / hosted by the Greenwell Point Hotel and local
businesses. We all sat, talked and had lunch with the kids, it wasn't long before they were all getting excited about the afternoon's bike
rides, badgering us, c'mon let's go, let's go!

So off back over the road to the lodge we went, a huge array of jackets, helmets and gloves were laid out on the lawn and the kids
couldn't get the gear on quick enough, from then on they were on and off the back of every different bike all afternoon for hours, at the
end of it, both we and the kids were exhausted, but those smiles were unbelievably contagious, we were bringing so much fun to these kids,
i know I'm still smiling.

I know I clocked up about 90 km just taking pillion rides, and I would say we all did about the same just making our way around the
back streets of the township; Graham had to take a break to fill up his Daytona and it holds 22 litres.

After all the rides had ceased, those of us from BA (7) that were staying overnight parked their bikes in the secure parking area at
the RSL Lodge and it was over to the office for a few well earned beers. The Greenwell Point Hotel kindly donated accommodation for
those of us staying which was great.

Then it was over to the RSL lodge for dinner with the Fisho's, Camp Quality and the Shoalhaven Marine Rescue Service, the fisho's put on
a fantastic beef spit roast and vege dinner for all.

After dinner one of the kids Daniel, made a lovely thank you speech to BA for providing such a awesome day and we were all presented with
Camp Quality T Shirts, the President of the Smithfield RSL Fisho's Ellis Noack made a lovely thank you speech to BA, I then responded on
behalf of the club with a heartfelt thanks to all involved and we then handed out the ride certificates to all the kids.

Then it was back over to the office for a couple more cleansing beverages and some chit chat with all before retiring, what a huge
day….

Big thanks to all BA participants Natasha & Kevin Mizzi, Kathy Kemp, Hamid Couri, Dave Mallyon, Hank Orozco, Kiwi Paul Selwood, Gary
Oliver, Graham Scott (mobile photo lab), Carl Davis and Scott Burnie.

Our sincere thanks to the Greenwell Point Hotel, Smithfield RSL Club and the supporting local towns people and business's who all gave
selflessly over this weekend to ensure we were so well looked after.

Finally thank you to Camp Quality for all the smiles and for the trust placed with us every year to provide this event safely and professionally.

Sincerely
