Well I'm a BA w/end away virgin no more, and what a corker of a session it was too.

Grt ride down, even with the excitement of one bike being (relatively gently) dropped on Mt Keira. Great marshalling by those who took on the jobs at various points, you helped no end. Thank you to you all and Jason for leading the baying pack. BTW - Susie - how the hell do you stay onboard with that flying streak Dave - you must have superglue on your bum! Sean - you pillion b**ch you - stop spreading yourself around so much!

Despite being starving hungry, it was a good choice to wait for lunch until nearly tea-time (well my stomach reckoned it was that time) at the pub in KV, joined by one active Alsation. Ian McColl was the only one to nearly surpass the Alsations hyperactivity in his excitement at being let back out on a bike again.

Great evening do which gained pace infront of that wonderful roaring fire. As the temp dropped outside our 'shed' it definitely increased inside as alcohol started to take effect - so this is what all the 'BA away' fuss is about; no wonder you all know each other so well!! Great food, great photo's, great warmth on many fronts, great entertainment from Sam Buckingham and others (to those of you who said that if ChrisT turned up the microphone would be mauled - you were right!), impressive drinking from numerous people and even more impressive results - Graham who fell off the bench, Phill who organised a ride to timbucktoo, Hughsey for being sooooo happy he just didn't stop talking, Will for his one finger joke that so shocked me senseless that I then had to repeat it on a number of others, Sean for continuing his pillion b**ch crusade and persuading me to take him pillion next weekend (perhaps that was me with too much too drink?!) and so on.....

Good on ya Scotty for being the only other early riser on Sunday morning despite apparently only getting 3 hrs sleep. Thank you also to whoever got the fire going again despite the temp increasing dramatically about breakfast time. Hughsey; I've now seen it all in the ultimate hangover!

Then the ride home. Unfortunately there were two unhappy partings of riders from bikes on our trip home, but both riders thankfully ok.
Nice one everyone and thank you to organisers.
