Thursday 3rd October - Dinner at NixWell, the usual... fun... play.. prizes.. good food. Actually, we didn't have to drag anyone out from under the table this time, so perhaps we had a little more decorum this month! We had a record turn-out about 35 people taking out the entire back section of the restaurant. Hey! Lucia (owner manager) was back from his obscenely long holuiday to Italy! Excellent, and flirting with all the girls, as you would expect! We missed you! A gorgeous display of bikers.. oops, I meant to say BIKES!! We had heaps of the regulars attend who we haven't seen for a while which was great!! Plus, always some new faces. Hi to Liam.. on the yellow SZR600.. nice bike. THE HIGHLIGHTS: definitely that I finally got my first red Ducati t-shirt in the trivia.. well, not really, someone gave it to me 'cause it was bloody size 26 and had a stain on the front. You'll be gald to know that my mates from Northside have agreed toexchange it for something better fitting!

Yeah! ...other highlights include Troy getting a smackaroonie (some insult no doubt) and seeing Tony on his knees. Was that by Debs chair.. but Debs had her new man there?!!! By the way, nice to meet you Dan!! That's all for now!

| Sunday 6th October - Ducati Club Ride to Wollombi Sunday's Ducati ride to Wollombi was sensational! The best view was definitely from the back! or so three lonely riders (one defected from the Honda ride, but we'll forgive you Sean) The ride up Putty road was gorgeous. A top morning capped off by a lay in the cool under the tree.

Yes, there was a group of us mustering (hey, did I mention there were cows on the road riding into Wollombi?? - some of the boys had fun chasing them!) The Wollombi pub was the place to hang out. There was the Girls Ride Out there, the Ulysses club and lots of others too. Not to mention the stop-off later at Mt White. We even caught up with the Honda riders.. in fact we even almost took a few of them out.. courtesy of one of our newer riders! Double de-merits bought everyone out! We had the cool Srool turn up in typical style.. late.. when we're about to finish lunch. We particuarly liked your 'undies' hat.. very impressive. He was definitely the person responsible for creating the new look we've all taken to. The EGG-HEAD look. Can't get enough of you baby!! Then we had legend Sean.. defected from the Honda ride to lead the tail-gaters.. you legend you! That's all folks.

Sunday 13th October - Ride 'n' SailWe had four takers for last Sunday's Ride-Sail (Berowra - Berowra Waters - Galston Gorge - Manly) Sarah decided to jump ship from the Spada and try Chris's TRX, WoooWooo did Sarah have a ball thrashing through the Gorge. Pity we didn't see any chooks at the bridge, maybe Sarah scared them off with the T-ReX? The Sailing was MAD! heaps of wind Sarah fast asleep down below and the lads on deck trying to keep out of harm's way. We ended the day by anchoring up in Spring Cove and doing some sun baking Mmmmm GREAT!!! – Chris
