Saturday 14th July - Wiseman's Ferry Ride

This was the most delightful ride!! The day was gorgeous, and we had at least a dozen new faces! We almost took over the petrol station at our one and only meeting point. The ride out to the pub was leisurely and very scenic. The best and most adventurous part of the ride was definitely the loop we did from and to the pub, across the other side of the river. The dirt was more lengthy than expected, but it was so beautiful! And it was a change from the ordinary. Lara certainly amused us with her little stack climbing off the back of Chris’ bike. We’re glad you didn’t hit the helmet!

Shame though, that Louise did injure herself on the optional leg between the pub and Mt White, thankfully only a broken wrist and bruising. Thanks are extended to the boys who fussed over her and the accident scene, and to everyone who sent well wishes for a speedy recovery. 2 months and Louise will be back on her own bike! In the interim, offers for taking her as a pillion will be graciously considered!

Saturday 20th July - Party to end all parties

Well, Great party! Happy birthday Craig, Sean and Louise.

They would like to thank everyone for making the evening so excellent - the effort made on the hats and tats theme was very impressive! We liked Robbie’s spice girl tat and stick-ons, but Mark’s Honda wing stole the most kitch prize! It was good to see some faces we hadn’t seen for a while returning, and more newcomers arriving .. Pablo and Gry. Comments and feedback on the evening are welcome since ‘some’ people didn’t recall too many of the finer details of the evening! - Louise
